A well equipped, spotless, charming, cosy, cottage in an excellent location. Do be aware the bedroom is in the eaves- not a problem for us, but tall people take note. The Cottage Inn which is a friendly pub with a good food offering ( catering well for food allergies) is virtually next door, as is the bus stop for the Coastal Bus. We took the half our bus ride to Seahouses and walked the 10 miles back along the beautiful coast path. Dunstan is a 20 minute walk from Craster with a good pub and the lovely Shoreline Cafe. A lot to see and do round about- great walks, bird reserves and the famous Northumbrian castles.

Brilliant stay at this fabulous little cottage. So well equipped, the owners had thought of everything. The welcome pack was a lovely unexpected surprise on arrival. Walks from the door and very dog friendly in the area. We forgot an item as we left and the owner very kindly let us know and arranged to send it back to us. Would highly recommend!

The cottage is well equipped and immaculately clean. The carpets and kitchen look new. The wifi is good. The sloping ceiling in the mainbedroom is a little bit low if you’re tall. The cottage is next door to a decent pub and a short walk from Craster which has an excellent gastropub and local shop. The walks straight from the cottage, coastal and inland, are great.
